Michela is 18 years old and comes from the island of Gozo. She is a student at Bishops Conservatory Girls School in Victoria and entered the first ever series of X Factor in Malta. She went on to win the show, landing a recording contract and the right to represent Malta at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest. During her time on X Factor Malta, she was mentored by Howard Keith Debono.
